Clients working with Social Crafter Agency are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date business information, including brand identity, target audience, goals, and relevant marketing assets. Under these Terms and Conditions, clients must also grant necessary access to social media accounts, ad platforms, analytics tools, or website dashboards required for project execution.

While Social Crafter Agency strives to deliver high-quality marketing results, we do not guarantee specific sales figures, revenue growth, or ranking positions, as these depend on multiple external variables. Either party may terminate this professional engagement by providing 30 days’ written notice strictly as per these Terms and Conditions. Client mid-project termination requires immediate, full payment for all completed work including admin fees, 1.5% monthly interest on overdue amounts, and 10% cancellation penalty—absolutely mandatory, non-negotiable, and enforceable under Indian Contract Act 1872. This clause survives termination, remains binding, applies to successors, assigns, affiliates, and shall be interpreted in New Delhi jurisdiction exclusively.
